The code was done by Chris Dragan/Hugi. For sound playback the BASS sound system by Ian Luck is used.

The first opening picture was drawn by CoaXCable/TRSI and TAD/Hugi. TAD also created the menu screen and two of the background themes (Cliff and Sky). The third background (Wood) was created by Mali, who also made the icon and some of the mouse cursors. Another cursors was designed by mad/os^real.fake. The illustrations in articles (e.g. photos) come from various sources. Usually the authors submitted them themselves. The file_id.diz and hugi20.nfo asciis were created by digi//secular, the votesheet ascii came from slash//secular.

The tunes in this issue were composed by Ciccilleju!/Apocalypse Design, CoaXCable/TRSI and Stanley/Trinity.
