Rbi Music Update
Hello there! In this article I want to give you some new info about rbi.
What is rbi?
The best thing to find out who we are and what we are doing is to visit our site on the internet. I was also interviewed about rbi for Hugi 15.
Ok! I know who you are! What's new then?
Well, we are thinking to change rbi into 2 subsections:
- rbi music (audio productions, music, life performances)
- rbi video (video productions, rendering, animations)
More about this in the near future.
So how about members then?
Well, there have been some changes over the last few months. For example blowbrain and looman aren't rbi members anymore. And we have two new members for our music section: Method and Bassie. In the video section we also have got a new member named Juice. A dude who knows a lot of rendering and pov-ray. Also rbi has its first programmer/coder: Limb. He will make some nice audiotools and other programs for us. For the future a lot of video co-operation projects with Juice and Screes are planned.

So! Let's introduce our new members!
Bassie (Adriaan Wormgoor): Well, Bassie is a dude who I also did some co-ops with lately. (Just to name two: "Check this out" and "Funk it down".) His styles can be very different, but he's really a guy who wants everything to be perfect. I know how he makes music and our co-operation projects worked out superb. I hope he can bring us a lot of good music!
Method (Hugo Van der Heiden): The other guy, Method, will do some nice breakbeat-styled music for us. His debute "Kenny's Law" is a great song to start with and I hope he will bring us more great music in the future. I think Method will bring more drum 'n bass, chemical, hardstep and bigbeat styled songs to our music.
Juice (Bouke Scheurwater): Juice is a guy who really can start up our video section. Together with Screes some nice animations are possible. Juice did the animation 'EGGZ' togheter with neophite (music), which was totally animated in pov-ray. Pov-ray is more math than clicking so we have a lot of respect for him. I hope we will see some nice animations in the future.
Limb (Jeroen van Langen): Limb is our first coder! (YEAH!) He said he had a lot of plans for several music tools and also a main rbi tool. I've seen some betas and it looks nice. Currently it's a bit quiet at the programming front, but that will change in the future.
